Treglyn Farm Holiday Cottages
St. Minver, Nr Rock, Wadebridge, Cornwall.

Each cottage has a double bedroom, plus double sofa-bed in the lounge. The 2/3 bedroom
properties also have a twin room. Additionally, the 3 bedroom cottages have a bedroom with
full size bunk beds.
Bed Linen (Duvets) is included, execept for cots. Please note that towels are NOT
provided.
Full kitchen comprises hob and oven, microwave, fridge, etc.
Dining and lounge seating for the cottage maximum number.
Cots and high chair are provided F.O.C Put-u-up beds available. Lots of play area. Baby
-sitting available.
Off peak night-store heating is included, other electricity is by �1 meter.
The 1 bedroom cottages have a shower, whilst the other properties also have a bath.
The carefully managed swimming pool is available for use any time, mid May to September.
A minimum temperature of 70'F is maintained mid June to end of August. The tennis court is
always open.
Payphone. Laundry. Barbecue. The bar is open main season, subject to demand, usually at
about 8.30pm.
A car is considered essential at Treglyn. There is ample parking for cars, boats, etc.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in some cottages, at a cost of �10/dog/week.
They must must be kept on a lead , kept off the furniture and attended at all
times. i.e. not left alone in the cottage
Smoking is allowed in some of the cottages, please state your preference.
In the event of cancellation, the balance of the rental is payable. However, if we are
able to re-let the cottage,any monies paid will be returned less any re-letting expenses.
Booking cancellation insurance is optional,�10 per week. 30% deposit required with
bookingbefore it can be confirmed, balence due on invoice four weeks prior to commencement
of holiday.
Telephone provisional bookings normally good for 3 working days, whilst awaiting deposit.
Cottages are avilable from 3 p.m on arrival day, and should be vacated by 10 a.m on the
morning of departure. They should be be left clean and tidy.
Spring, Autmn and Winter breaks are available, when arrival and departure dates can be
flexible.
The peak weeks are popular, so please book early. Call James on the above number to check
availability.
